Marketing leadership, not another layer of production

A fractional CMO leads the function on a part-time basis. The scope may include strategy, budget decisions, team responsibilities and coordination with sales. The engagement defines the time commitment and decision rights; it does not assume every company needs the same package.

An interim CMO addresses a defined period of change, such as a leadership departure or reorganisation. Fractional and interim arrangements can overlap. The mandate matters more than the label.

Start with the work and the evidence

We examine your offer, target customers, existing campaigns and the way commercial opportunities move through the business. When the problem is not sufficiently documented, a focused process and workflow audit can be scoped over 3 to 5 days.

The next step is a prioritised plan with named owners, available resources and a baseline. A 90-day plan can provide a working framework, not a guarantee of commercial results.

AI agents with explicit boundaries

AI agents can support preparation, internal summaries and reporting. They need reliable sources, limited permissions, real-world tests and a named human owner. External or consequential actions start with explicit human approval.

Technical implementation is scoped according to the integrations and controls required. It is not automatically included in every marketing leadership engagement.
